1. Who we are
Get Buckets VR is developed and published by Eon Nexus, operated by Connor Banting, located in Ontario, Canada.

2. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or playing Get Buckets VR you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your purchase and any refund are also governed by the Meta Horizon Store terms, which apply in addition to these.
3. Licence
You are granted a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use Get Buckets VR for private, non commercial entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the software.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense or publicly perform the app for commercial gain, reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where that right cannot be restricted by law, remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use it in any unlawful way.
Recording and streaming gameplay for non commercial purposes, including monetised video platform content, is permitted and encouraged.
5. Health and safety, and assumption of risk
Get Buckets VR is a room scale virtual reality game that involves standing and making throwing motions with your arms. Read and follow all health and safety guidance provided by Meta and your headset before playing.
You are responsible for your play environment. Before playing you should:
- Clear enough space to fully extend your arms in every direction
- Remove furniture, screens, lighting and other breakable or hazardous objects from that space
- Make sure no other people or animals are within reach
- Use the wrist straps on your controllers at all times
- Stay inside your headset’s guardian boundary
Virtual reality may cause discomfort, nausea, dizziness, disorientation, eye strain or loss of balance in some people. Stop immediately if you feel unwell and take regular breaks. Do not play while tired, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have a history of seizures or epilepsy, without first consulting a physician.
You play voluntarily and you assume the risk of personal injury and property damage arising from your movements and your play environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury to you or others, or for damage to property, resulting from your use of the app.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Data
Get Buckets VR stores your settings and gameplay statistics locally on your device only. It contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third party data collection, and it transmits nothing. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We are not obliged to provide updates or continued availability.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The current version will always be available at the address where you found this document, with the date it was last updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are not affected.
